A great question Dr. Ray: people of color have been subjected and rated in the worst health status no matter the disease. The health disparity that exists here in America and worldwide against people of color has made it challenging to trust foreign medicine/vaccines. That is the essence and a wake-up call for AFDHI members to have African health professionals navigate their health affairs. In agreement with Dr. Wilson’s suggestion, increase awareness through education is the key to building trust and accepting the COVID vaccine.
